While we aim for high-quality, reliable results, automated processing can behave differently depending on the specific file, its original quality, its encoding, and its content. Compression results, in particular, are estimates — the actual output file size after compressing an image or PDF to a "target size" may vary slightly above or below your requested target depending on the content of the file.

2. Passport and ID Photo Tool — Important Notice

Our Passport Size Photo Maker is designed to help you crop, size, and format a photo according to common published dimension standards (such as 2x2 inch for the US or 35x45mm for India/UK-style requirements). However:

• This tool is a convenience aid only and does not guarantee that your photo will be accepted by any passport office, visa center, embassy, consulate, employer, or other issuing authority.
• Official photo requirements can include additional criteria our tool does not verify, such as specific lighting conditions, facial expression rules, head-covering exceptions, photo age limits, or paper/print quality standards.

3. PDF to Word / Text Extraction Limitations

Our PDF to Word tool extracts text content from PDF files. Results depend heavily on how the original PDF was created:

• PDFs created from native digital documents (e.g., exported from Word or Google Docs) generally extract cleanly.
• Scanned PDFs, or PDFs consisting of images of text, may extract poorly or not at all, since our current tool does not perform optical character recognition (OCR). In these cases, formatting, layout, tables, and images will not be preserved with full fidelity.

Always review extracted text carefully before submitting or relying on it for any academic, professional, or legal purpose.
